Edith and Jackie are a romantic couple with a bright, unusual life-long love story. They decided to tie the knot when both were already over 70 years old.
Their luxury wedding in Marrakesh was held in a private villa, which is normally unavailable for private events. A private villa of 15,000 square meters with a luxurious pool and indoor art galleries has become the perfect venue for a vibrant, romantic wedding ceremony.
We have created for the couple three separate celebrations – a welcome dinner, golf tournament and themed wedding party. On the first day we have made for the guests welcoming Moroccan dinner, which was held in specially constructed authentic oriental tents. Traditional Moroccan decor, oriental music, belly dancing and interpretation of the classic kitchen created the atmosphere of the evening.
On the second day we held a golf tournament, as bride, groom and guests of their wedding are big fans of golf. Tournament was held in a private golf-club, and after we made a cocktail party at the villa. On the third day, the main celebration took place – destination wedding in Marrakesh. For the wedding night, Edit and Jackie decided to have a `Great Gatsby` styled costume party.
Gala wedding dinner was held in the villa`s greenhouse, the bar was built in the garden under the sky. The decor of the evening was designed in the style of `Great Gatsby` story – massive installation of snow-white feathers, huge antique chandeliers, an abundance of gold elements and crystal pendants created a luxurious atmosphere of American parties of the 20s. The famous Moroccan chef was responsible for the evening’s cuisine – he turned a wedding dinner into a real gastronomic experience with the bright tastes of oriental cuisine.
